Occurring during the 97th annual Winter Carnival, the Party is set to take place in a VIP tent, allowing you to watch the festivities while enjoying dinner and drinks

With One Steamboat Place opening in just a few short days, the finishing touches are now being added before the opening date. Eager to see the nearly-finished community i took a tour a few days ago was more than impressed with the final results. With no detail overlooked, the main lounge, the wine cellar, the spa, and every other room exude a feeling of class and style.
