9/21 1955 Bridge Lane(Commercial Mixed Use 30,000sq ft 1.00 acres) – Located in the Downtown Area, Riverfront Park. Sold for $3,445,000 – A big investor snapped up all of the development’s remaining buildings and land. fist one that I can think of and an encouraging sign.
9/21 1606 Shield Drive(Industrial Mixed Use) – Located in the Downtown Area, Edgewater Park. Sold for $1,500,000 – same buyer and story as the previous transaction. Development land sales are a good sign. We will see several more like this before things recover but is encouraging to see development capital returning to the land market.
