Snow has Stopped Falling, Steamboat Looks Great

While the snow is no longer steadily falling, it is sticking and doesn’t look like it is going anywhere soon. Around town, everyone seems to be excited that the weather is looking to stay cold for the next 10 days. The forecast is calling for nightly temperatures to be below 20, great snow-making conditions. Stopping in for a cup of coffee at Winonas this morning, I could overhear different tables sharing their excitement about the snow and the upcoming winter. Ski season is just around the corner! Here’s a picture of Emerald Mountain this morning!
