Steamboat Homes

A 20-acre community located at the base of Mt. Werner, The Porches are luxury townhomes designed to help foster family values a sense of community. With 83 townhomes, all centralized around a beautiful clubhouse, the units at the Porches vary from 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft. and can be owned either entirely or fractionally. The fractional ownership offers individuals six weeks in their respective units. If you are fortunate to spend more time in Steamboat, the units can be used beyond six weeks, based on availability. The Porches built their community off their name, with all units featuring expansive front Porches because “stories begin on the Porch. Memories live on at the Porches.”
